To avoid abuse of customer service guidelines we ask that issues and complaints be received within 4 hours of order placement so that we may accurately assess and correct issues.
Credits
To resolve any and all concerns a credit may be granted for a future order. Credits may not be converted to cash. All credits are time sensitive and must be redeemed within 30 days of issue date or credits will become invalid.
